Overview
At Eoodex, all products are made to order. This means production begins only after you place your order, ensuring you receive a freshly made item every time. Please account for both processing and shipping time when estimating your delivery date.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing includes:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Production and printing of your item
- Quality inspection
- Packaging and labeling
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times by Region
The following are estimated delivery times after your order has shipped (not from the date of purchase):

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders to the United States. Check the current promotion banner on our homepage for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system
- Use the tracking link in your email to monitor your delivery

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international carriers including:
- USPS — United States domestic shipping
- FedEx — Express and international shipping
- DHL — International shipping worldwide
- Local postal networks — For final-mile delivery in destination countries
Carrier selection depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
International Shipping
Eoodex ships to every country worldwide with no exceptions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in our prices
- These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority
- Eoodex has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Customs Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Eoodex is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by customs or returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees:
- A refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost
- Re-shipping fees will apply if you wish to have the order re-sent
Region-Specific Notes
United Kingdom
Following Brexit, UK customers may be subject to import duties and VAT on orders. These are assessed by UK Border Force and are the customer's responsibility.
Australia
The Australian government charges GST on imported goods. Orders over AUD 1,000 may be subject to additional customs duties.
Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates
VAT applies on imported goods. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees assessed upon arrival.
Canada
Canadian customers may be charged HST/GST upon delivery. These are assessed by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
European Union
EU customers may be charged import VAT. Orders valued above EUR 150 may be subject to customs duties in addition to VAT.
Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Double-check your address before completing your order
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@eoodex.com
- Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes
Eoodex is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at support@eoodex.com
Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Eoodex is not liable for stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with your carrier and checking with your local postal service.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eoodex.com with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Order Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@eoodex.com with your order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses within the United States. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may be longer than standard domestic estimates.
Holiday Shipping
During major holidays and high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be 2–5 business days longer than standard estimates.
We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive deliveries during the holiday season.
