Overview

At Eoodex, all products are made to order through Printful — production begins after you place your order. Please account for both processing and shipping time when estimating your delivery date.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed (depending on the product and fulfillment location).

Processing includes:

  • Order verification and payment confirmation

  • Production and printing of your item through Printful

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging and labeling

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Shipping Costs – Printful Standard Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on Printful's fulfillment network. Below are our standard shipping rates by region:

Important: For multi-item orders, Shopify calculates shipping per product category. The exact total shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase. 


Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on:

  • United States: Free on orders over $50

  • Promotional offers: As announced on our website

Note: When free shipping is offered, the shipping cost is included in the product price. You are still paying for shipping, but we've built it into the retail price to make checkout simpler for you. 


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • Use the tracking link in your email to monitor your delivery

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@eoodex.com


Shipping Carriers

We work with Printful's trusted international carrier network including:

  • USPS — United States domestic shipping

  • FedEx — Express and international shipping

  • DHL — International shipping worldwide

  • Local postal networks — For final-mile delivery in destination countries

Carrier selection depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.


International Shipping

Eoodex ships worldwide through Printful's fulfillment network.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in our prices

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority

  • Eoodex has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount

Customs Delays:
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window. Eoodex is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is refused by customs or returned due to an incorrect address:

  • A refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost

  • Re-shipping fees will apply if you wish to have the order re-sent

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Double-check your address before completing your order

  • Contact us immediately at support@eoodex.com if you notice an error

  • Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes

Eoodex is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

  • If unresolved after 3 business days, contact us at support@eoodex.com

Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered, Eoodex is not liable for stolen packages. File a claim with your carrier and local postal service.

Damaged in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos immediately

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eoodex.com with photos

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund


Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@eoodex.com with your order number.


Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), processing and shipping times may be 2–5 business days longer than standard estimates.

We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive deliveries.
