Overview
At Eoodex, all products are made to order through Printful — production begins after your order is placed. While each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we want you to be completely satisfied. This policy explains your return rights, including for change of mind, as required by Google Merchant Center.
30-Day Return Window for Any Reason
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason, including:

You ordered the wrong size or color

The item doesn't fit as expected

Personal preference
Conditions for change-of-mind returns:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Original tags must be attached (if any)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We also accept returns if:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item (wrong design, color, or size)

There is a manufacturing defect (misprint, faded print, stitching issues)
For these cases:

Return shipping is free (we provide a prepaid shipping label)

You will receive a full refund or replacement

Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will inspect the item within 3 business days

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
If you received a wrong or defective item:

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper washing

International Orders
Eoodex ships worldwide.
For international returns:

Damaged/defective items → Return shipping is free

Change-of-mind returns → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

United Kingdom Customers
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return faulty or misdescribed goods within 30 days for a full refund.

Canadian Customers
Canadian customers may return defective or incorrect items in accordance with applicable provincial consumer protection laws.
